Welcome to 4-Close. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 4-Close software platform available via 4-close.com, demo.4-close.com, and any associated subdomains.
By creating an account or accessing the Service, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Elevare by Amaziah, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Georgia.
1. Acceptance and Environment Scope
By accessing the software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These terms apply uniformly to production environments, development mirrors, and the staging platform at demo.4-close.com. If you do not agree to these terms, your license to access the systems is immediately revoked.
2. Platform Delivery and Runtime Availability
The 4-Close software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Elevare by Amaziah reserves the right to modify system features, update database structures, deploy cold or warm patches, or temporarily halt access for scheduled infrastructure maintenance without prior liability.
3. SMS Messaging Program
Program name: 4-Close Account Verification
Description: One-time SMS passcodes sent at registration and login to verify your identity.
Message frequency: One message per registration or login event.
Message & data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

4. Identity Integrity and System Security
- Credential Isolation: You are strictly responsible for securing your login credentials, API tokens, and session keys. Any execution or data mutation performed under your authenticated session is legally attributed to you.
- Automated & Prohibited Activities: You are explicitly prohibited from using 4-Close to probe, scan, or reverse-engineer our proprietary application logic. You agree not to upload malware, execute brute-force queries against our endpoints, or utilize automated scraping mechanisms outside of our designated public APIs.
5. Proprietary Intellectual Property
The architecture, database design, proprietary source code, user interfaces, documentation, and operational logic of 4-Close are the exclusive intellectual property of Elevare by Amaziah. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the software interface. You may not decompile, copy, replicate, or extract components of our systems.
6. Definitive Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Georgia, Elevare by Amaziah, its members, managers, officers, and its infrastructure partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of business revenue, system down-time, structural data loss, or the costs of procuring substitute technology arising out of your configuration or use of the platform.
7. Indemnification Clause
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elevare by Amaziah, its subsidiaries, and its operational staff against any third-party claims, financial losses, regulatory fines, legal costs, or structural liabilities resulting from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our platform APIs, or data corruption within your assigned workspace.
8. Governed Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the 4-Close platform shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced exclusively under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its choice-of-law or conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal action or structural dispute arising from this agreement must be brought in the state or federal courts located within Georgia.
9. Structural Amendments
Elevare by Amaziah reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be made effective by updating this page or issuing an administrative email update directly to your primary registered account.
